Accreditations

Accreditation is intended for journalists, photographers, camera crews and editorial staff covering the festival. It is issued by the festival office before the opening day and is not a form of free admission for the general public.

An accreditation card gives entry to the events of the programme covered by the application, access to the press materials prepared for each edition, and — where the organisers of a particular concert allow it — the right to photograph or film from designated positions. Filming conditions at headline concerts are set by the performers' own agreements and can differ from item to item.

Applications are made in advance, in writing, and should state the outlet, the person attending, the type of work planned — text, photography, video — and which events are of interest. Applications sent after the festival has opened can only be considered if places remain.

Cards are collected in person at the festival office on presentation of a press card or an editorial letter. Everything concerning applications goes through the address given in the contact section.
